Only a week has passed since Brandon fixed our plumbing issues and we discovered another leak this morning. This time, we sent him a picture of the area that needed repairing before he came.  He showed up, only a couple of hours after talking to us over the phone, with the necessary parts.

Proceeding with his work, he explained what he was going to do in detail.  We felt very comfortable leaving the work to him.  We can say again that he is the most polite, experienced, and professional plumber we have ever met with.

We called Advanced Plumbing Solutions around 8am on Sat. because we had a leak under our kitchen sink.  Regardless of being a weekend, he was willing to come to our house and made himself available around noon.

He assessed the issue then gave two suggestions: either tighten the packing nuts or replace the valves. The existing valves were still in working condition, but we opted to replace both valves.  We appreciate him providing options and let us choose.

Called Brandon today around 10. He gave me an estimate over the phone based on what I said was going on with my toilet and shower. He said he was finishing up with a job and would be at my house right after. He came and took care of my toilet and shower and explained what he did to me and my husband which was what he said on the phone, and his pricing was reasonable. I told him I am big on reviews and saw he had really good ones. We just bought our house last year so it’s important to me to find reliable people for my home needs. Advanced Plumbing Solutions was recommended on NextDoor. We needed a plumber to replace the check valve on our washing machine. I called a few other businesses where my call went to voicemail, but Brandon answered right away. He came out the same day, was friendly and efficient, and fixed the problem for a reasonable price. I cannot recommend him enough! I had called a different plumber and they quoted me $3,000. I called for a second opinion and he came out the same exact day and fixed it the same day for less then $200. Words cannot express my appreciation to him. I will always be grateful I called and will always recommend him to anyone in need of a plumber. He was kind, and respectful to me and my home.
